Sales Consultant

 Locate prospective customers for their company’s products. Typically meet with clients at their company’s office or travel to the client’s location, and potentially be allocated a specific region to travel in.

Responsibilities:
Personify the brand by providing informed, pleasant, responsive and efficient service.
Assist with smooth communication throughout the firm and across all functions.
Managing your calendar and making appointments. Book and manage internal meetings and teleconferences in accordance with corporate activity.
Receiving items from vendors, inspecting them against orders and occasionally storing and labelling them as needed.
Dealing with any client difficulties, ensuring that the customer receives a positive conclusion as much as is feasible.
Following up on warm leads.
Providing product selection assistance and recommendations to maximize sales.
Identify and research potential customers.
Maintain high stock replenishment stands and verify that all items on display are priced accurately.
Creating and presenting in-depth, value-added sales presentations both online and in-person.
Working with the Sales Development team to achieve high-quality lead handovers.
Ensure that visual presentation is consistent with brand standards at all times.
Wowing potential clients and maintaining the company’s reputation.
Demonstrating superior customer service and business acumen.

Requirements:
Honest with a strong sense of morality.
Problem-solving abilities that are both pragmatic and analytical.
Ability to network effectively and establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
IT skills in the office, particularly with Microsoft software.
Good public speaking skills and the ability to deliver a persuasive sales speech.

Experience in the industry.
Excellent phone manner, organization and dependability, as well as attention to detail.
Experience selling products B2B or B2C..
Outstanding computer abilities and knowledge of computer programs
Sufficient B2B sales expertise is necessary, as is the ability to respond to customer needs.
Work in a consultative and solution-oriented sales capacity.
