Senior Social Worker

Act as an advocate and support people develop their coping abilities and mechanisms in order to enhance and improve their lives and daily experiences within particular standards and time frames.

Responsibilities:
To be in charge of staff supervision.
To fill in for Assistant Service Managers as needed.
Assist with team management on a daily basis.
To oversee all incoming referrals and concerns while managing the duty team with the second Senior Social Worker.

Requirements:
Act as a recognized expert in the specialty field.
Chair a variety of meetings
Provide expert support to case conferences and produce high-quality assessments and reports for a variety of functions. Section 47 Assessments.
Manage complex caseloads and provide expert advice within the organization and to others.
