Shift Leader

Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, create a shift schedule, give responsibilities to employees, and encourage them to assist at any workstation during their shift.

Managing staff, allocating responsibilities and planning shifts.
Monitoring team performance and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Any difficulties that emerge throughout the shift should be reported to management.
Taking care of employee requests and infractions.
Assuring that company policy, health and safety requirements are followed.
Members of the team are being coached and new employees are being trained.
Opening and shutting registers, keeping track of daily receipts and making cash deposits.

GED/high school diploma.
Prior retail experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar position.
Creating shift schedules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
