Manage the companies’ public accounts, which they use to interact with customers.

Responsibilities:
Managing social media advertising campaigns for the company.
Creating unique, high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Maintaining a strong online presence while developing a social media presence.
Social media monitoring for the company’s brand.
Increasing brand awareness through the use of relevant influencers.
Managing our online communities to ensure appropriate and respectful participation.
We’re responding to comments on all of our accounts.
Supervising customer service provided through social media.
Data analysis to determine whether social media campaigns met their objectives.
Coaching employees across the company on best practices for content creation.

Requirements:
Experience with social media marketing.
Extensive knowledge of developing social media strategies.
Working with and developing a marketing plan is a plus.
The ability to find the appropriate voice for each social media platform.
Demonstrated ability to create social media communities.
Principles of graphic design are understood.
Experience as a social media brand manager.
Capability to assess campaign success.
