Store Supervisor

Responsible for managing a retail store’s daily operations, including product availability and pricing. Other responsibilities include personnel management and client service, as well as financial management.

Responsibilities:
Managing and receiving deliveries in a stock room with limited space, often during trade hours.
Strive to cut expenses, decrease waste and protect inventory while adhering to company price and promotional changes.
Identify and coach talent so that the team may be the greatest it can be.
Ascertain if the staff works well together and is well-known among consumers for providing exceptional customer service.
You’ll like taking on extra responsibilities such as visual merchandising and administration, as well as having a presence on the shop floor.
You’ll need to embody the brand’s culture in both your appearance and your actions.
Being a good leader and acting as a role model at all times.
Customer service will be at the forefront of all you do and you’ll take delight in building relationships.
Supporting the rest of the staff. Opening and closing the store.
Dealing with a variety of day-to-day retail concerns.
