Subscription packages provide access to coverage opportunities and do not guarantee publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Competitors &amp; Restricted Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WhatJobs reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restrict, limit, or refuse content from direct competitors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Require certain organisations to use specific subscription tiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approve or reject content at its sole discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. No Ad-Hoc Link Placement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept standalone requests for link placements, edits, or insertions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All requests must be made through an active editorial subscription package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Content Removal &amp; Amendments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WhatJobs reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit or update published content at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove content or links without notice where necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain editorial integrity across the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Payment &amp; Billing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspension of services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removal of associated content and links<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Abuse &amp; Circumvention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any attempt to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Circumvent subscription requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert links outside agreed terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use third parties or agencies to bypass these terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Immediate removal of content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Termination of the subscription<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refund being issued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WhatJobs shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any indirect or consequential losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of traffic, rankings, or business performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any outcomes related to content placement or non-placement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of our services is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WhatJobs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
