Job Description
HII
Mission Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Theater
Security Cooperation Support Analyst to join our team. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning,
execution, and evaluation of complex military exercises and training
scenarios for our defense and government clients.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of CJCS,
CCMD, 9AF AFCENT, and other component Security COOP operations and
exercises as well as.
- Organize and conduct meetings,
conferences, briefings, and site surveys in support of CJCS and other
command operations & exercises as required.
- Develop and
present Security COOP‐related briefings to command leadership.
- Coordinate with HHQ, country teams, Host Nation partners, and
other commands in the development and execution of CJCS exercises and
regional air shows.
- Deploy in support of CJCS, CCMD, 9AF
AFCENT, and component Security COOP operations and exercises as
required.
- Build and publish formal Security COOP after action
reports in coordination with the 9AF AFCENT Staff.
- Support
the 9AF AFCENT Air Warfare Center with Security COOP planning and
execution expertise as required.
- Attend/ participate in
USCENTCOM and ACC Security COOP conferences and VTCs as required.
Conduct all administrative requirements to facilitate Security COOP
planning, briefs, and travel.
- Back‐up SME for the respective
AOR countries associated with assigned Security COOP.
- Support
the development, management, and promulgation of long‐range Security
COOP initiatives and plans.
- Review current operations,
operational plans, Air Force instructions, and joint publications with
the purpose of collating data and information and brief senior
officers orally and/or in writing of ongoing theater operations or
issues.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and
handling of classified information.
- Input into and analyze
data from the G‐TSCMIS.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;
1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High
School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience planning exercises on a
NAF or component command staff or higher level or other service
equivalent.
- 5 years experience working on a NAF or
component command staff or higher level or other service equivalent.
- Minimum of one years’ experience with the AOC and/or
IAMD for one FTE.
- Strong understanding of military
operations, doctrine, and planning processes.
- Ability to
read and interpret military documents and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under
pressure.
- Willingness to travel domestically and
internationally as required. Active US Passport required and meet
visa requirements for travel to USCENTCOM AOR countries.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
