Security Cooperation Analyst

The Security Cooperation Analyst is
responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Security
Cooperation activities with foreign partners. You’ll serve as subject
matter expert on Security Cooperation and provides advice to the
Commander . You’ll provide regional expertise and support the
development of Security Cooperation campaign plans and strategies.
You’ll develop and maintain relationships with foreign partners to
advance Security Cooperation objectives and cond uct country and
regional analyses to identify Security Cooperation opportunities and
challenges. You’ll develop and implement Security Cooperation plans
and strategies in support of national security objectives and
coordinate with other U.S. government agencies, international
organizations, and non-governmental organizations to achieve Security
Cooperation objectives. You’ll provide training and capacity building
support to foreign partners. You’ll monitor and evaluate the
effectiveness of Security Cooperation activities.

You Have:
5+ years of
experience in Security Cooperation within a Department of Defense
organization
Experience authoring and implementing
Security Cooperation campaign plans
Knowledge of
Combatant Command planning processes and JP 5-0, JP 3-20, and JP 3-14
Knowledge of Security Cooperation principles,
policies , and procedures
Ability to communicate
effectively with foreign partners and other stakeholders
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
TS/ SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience
with Security Cooperation policy and procedures relevant to the
Space Domain
Experience working with foreign partners
and international organizations
Knowledge of U.S.
government policies and procedures related to security cooperation
Possession of excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills
Master's degree in
International Relations, Security Studies, or Political Science
Completion of Foreign Area Officer ( FAO) training
Completion of security cooperation training courses
Security Cooperation Certification ( SCC)
Joint Security Cooperation Course ( JSCC) Certification
Security Cooperation Management Course ( SCMC)
Certification
Clearance:
Applicants
selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to

TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz
Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The
projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to
$193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting
will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
