Location: Los Angeles
Type: Full-time
Team: Market Sales
Company
Our client is a premium out-of-home media company, known for iconic signage and best-in-class advertiser partnerships in the nation's most valuable media markets. We blend timeless real estate with modern storytelling-offering brands unmatched access to urban audiences through large-format, high-impact assets.
The Role
We're seeking a hungry, entrepreneurial Market Sales Account Executive to join our local sales team. This role is perfect for someone who knows their city, has a passion for connecting brands with people in the real world, and thrives on building business from the ground up.
You'll own a territory and be responsible for developing new business across local advertisers, regional agencies, and untapped verticals. We're not looking for someone to wait for inbound leads-you'll be expected to source opportunity, build pipelines, and drive deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a localized sales plan tailored to your market's unique business landscape
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities with local brands and agencies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on how to use OOH media to drive business results
- Become an expert on the our asset portfolio in your market, including underutilized or high-potential inventory
- Engage small businesses at scale through thoughtful outreach, partnerships, and event-based selling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, operations, finance) to bring campaigns to life
- 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or a similarly entrepreneurial category
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business
- Hustle mentality-you're a builder, not a maintainer
- Deep local knowledge of your market and excitement about connecting with small and mid-sized businesses
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Our client is expanding its presence in key cities-and we need people who can make local sales a competitive advantage. This is not a reactive sales job. It's a chance to carve out your own book of business in one of the most dynamic sectors of media, while helping define how OOH connects with local brands in the digital age
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and uncapped commission potential
- Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
- Direct mentorship from senior sales leadership
- Exposure to world-class media inventory and campaigns
- A team culture that rewards initiative, collaboration, and results
- Hybrid work environment that fosters connection, creativity, and momentum
Compensation
The expected compensation for this role at time of hire is a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for commission in accordance with the company's standard regional sales executive commission plan. Exact compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers, as well as market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency Law.
Our client does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes and is not responsible for any fees related to such agency or unsolicited resumes.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the values of equity and mutual respect. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
