Responsible for the proper and timely delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. Has thorough knowledge of rental (lease) agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. Expeditiously handles non-renewed accounts. Conveys information to customers and maintains a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers, and management.Essential Duties:Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of company Standards of Operation.Maintain accounts on the assigned route to non-renewed percentages that are at or below the company's weekly close / open standard. Company standard 8.9% overall credit Friday/Saturday with the standard of 13.9% credit on Thursday.Responsible for delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls on rented (lease) merchandise.Collects monies from delivery of merchandise and from collection home visits. Provides security of monies while in the field.Maintains rented or leased units by making minor repairs when necessary or if major repairs are needed make sure unit is returned to our service department for repair. When the unit is repaired return the product to the customer's residence promptly.Reviews DAP to be sure each item, model, and serial numbers match the Rental (lease) Agreement and the product that is being delivered.Answers the phone by the third ring in a pleasant and professional manner.Returned merchandise, including all remotes, manuals, or other accessories, is returned to store stock.Works to relocate merchandise if the customer should move from their residence without notifying the store. Pulling files and working on information for recovery and /or generating new information.Carefully check rental (lease) returns and promptly refurbish to "like new" condition.Follows the Premier Rental-Purchase Pledge to serve our customers in a friendly and professional manner.Handles customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.Maintain the assigned vehicle in proper working condition and appearance.Maintains proper care and security of inventory during transport.Responsible for maintaining corporate accounting processes.Responsible for ensuring accurate financial computer and paper records.Responsible for the growth of customers on a monthly basisRequirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.Must have a valid driver's license and maintain driving record in compliance with company standards. Virtual Peaker is looking for a Senior Client Account Manager who will help solve the climate crisis by supporting our mission of building the utility of the future. The intermittent nature of wind and solar energy makes it much harder for electric utilities to keep the grid in balance. Role Responsibilities


As a Senior Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our clients by acting as a frontline liaison to users of our cutting-edge software platform. Day-to-day, you can expect to:

  • Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with Virtual Peakers innovative utility client network while maintaining a personal touch with every interaction
  • Oversee program rollouts and guide coordination and project management as Virtual Peaker grows its client portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Development, Marketing, Product, and our manufacturer network to ensure consistent expectation setting, project execution, product positioning, and contract expansion
  • Improve internal processes to track, manage, and respond to client questions, product feedback, and requests with an emphasis on friendly responsivity and proactive engagement
  • Contribute directly to the development of strategies to meet internal growth targets and the development of the departments client satisfaction scores, standard operating procedures, and other key indicators for success
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to prioritize clients-reported issues and demands and maintain clear communication with clients
  • Other duties, as assigned, that further aid Virtual Peaker in building the utility of the future


Education & Experience

Candidate will ideally have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, customer service, sales, account management, project management, or a combination thereof
  • Energy/Utility industry experience required
  • Strong understanding of the utility/energy space
  • Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience and knowledge of how distributed energy resources (DERs) can be connected, controlled, and leveraged to modernize and green the electric grid
  • Experience working within a web-based CRM ecosystem such as Salesforce, or Hubspot.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and other online collaboration tools
  • A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset that thrives when quickly learning new things
  • A sense of ownership and pride in ones performance and impact on the companys success
  • A critical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
