We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Business Analyst to serve as the functional liaison between Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams. The candidate will translate governance and compliance requirements into effective ServiceNow IRM solutions to enhance automation, visibility, and control across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary functional point of contact for IRM and GRC initiatives within ServiceNow.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk domains.
Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and configuration requirements for ServiceNow IRM modules.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of IRM capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience with focus on Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit domains.
2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, forms, reporting, and data model.
Ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.

**MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
Minimum Experience:
+ 1 year of experience or a Master's degree in a STEM field.
+ Tableau and Epic Clarity data model experience preferred.
+ Healthcare analytics experience (quality, inpatient operations, or oncology) preferred.
License/Certification/Registration:
Tableau certification required within 6 months of hire.
