The Role As a Business Systems Solutions Analyst, you will play a vital role in defining, developing, and enhancing processes that drive strategic business improvements. This position involves implementing and measuring unified process improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define enterprise-level processes, identifying process owners, metrics, and key improvement areas.
- Implement process improvements and continuously refine processes with robust metrics and scorecard reporting.
- Facilitate current and future state process walkthroughs to ensure comprehensive understanding and buy-in.
- Collaborate with program and business domain leaders to design future state processes that meet organizational goals.
- Document and own both current and future state processes, including related roadmaps and performance metrics.
- Analyze and address functional and cross-functional dependencies using Use Cases to model desired outcomes.
- Evaluate project objectives to establish effective measures of success and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Set goals and benchmarks, reporting performance throughout the project lifecycle, and implement control plans for sustained improvement.
- Provide project status updates to executive leadership, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and develop communication plans to facilitate organizational change.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards in process documentation and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years in business process improvement or project management.
- Experience with based applications and a technical background is advantageous.
- 6+ years in Telecommunications, Program Management, Process Architecture, or similar roles.
- Proven expertise in process and policy development and documentation.
This position is fully remote within the U.S.

Responsibilities

Serving as an SME and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.

Zoom's Business Applications team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our dynamic New Service Introduction (NSI) team. This position will partner with Zoom's Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom's customer adoption. The role seeks an experienced, driven self-starter with a 'can do' attitude to support NSI and Commerce Enablement initiatives.
About the Team:
The team focuses on NSI offer enablement, implementing system changes to introduce new products to direct, channel, and online markets. We work with product managers, operations, including sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing teams across Zoom.
Responsibilities
+ Building cross-functional relationships as SME and advisor on new product sales and GTM processes, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.
+ Leading Product Launch partnerships to uncover needs and gather system change requirements with PMs, Sales Ops, Enablement, Finance, and FP&A.
+ Gathering and translate cross-functional business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and process flows.
+ Designing and deliver end-to-end solutions across CPQ, Billing, Provisioning, AR, and Subscription systems.
+ Defining and manage integration flows across Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle ERP and related platforms.
+ Leading testing lifecycle including UAT planning, issue triage, and stakeholder sign-off to ensure high-quality releases.
+ Collaborating with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks in an agile environment.
What we're looking for
+ Hold a BS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
+ Have 12-15 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or solution architecture.
+ Have extensive domain knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, and Q2C processes.
+ Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora and/or Oracle Financials
+ Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions
+ Have experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart
+ Be proficient in SQL and process modeling (UML, swim lanes, wireframes).
+ Have extensive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124 000,00
Maximum:
$271 200,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
