We're looking for a creative, data-driven marketer to take ownership of paid media, creative testing, channel expansion, and general marketing strategy as we scale. This role is perfect for someone with 3-6 years of experience in growth, performance, or demand gen marketing-who's now ready to lead strategy and execution across ads, reporting, and SEO in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you'll do
- Own and optimize our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Lead creative development: write briefs, partner with designers, test copy/angles, and translate performance data into better creative direction
- Explore and test new growth channels (e.g. Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, affiliate, etc.)
- Build, manage, and own reporting pipelines across paid and organic channels-tracking performance and informing future strategy
- Define and manage a rapid testing roadmap for creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
- Lead our SEO strategy-owning technical audits, keyword planning, and on-page optimization
- Work directly with founders and growth leaders on a daily basis on marketing strategy, to refine ICP targeting, and align lead generation with revenue outcomes
- Turn performance data into high-signal decisions and continuous improvement cycles
- Lead and manage a growing marketing team (currently one analyst) across all day-to-day operations
- Have 3-6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing (paid ads, SEO, or demand gen)
- Have managed ad budgets of at least $20K/month with measurable ROI
- Are equal parts creative strategist and analytical thinker-able to brief, test, and iterate quickly
- Are data driven and make decisions based on tangible data
- Have experience building and managing dashboards across paid channels and CRM tools
- Have a working knowledge of SEO and understand how organic and paid channels complement each other
- Have experimented with channel expansion and know how to set up and evaluate tests
- Communicate clearly, move fast, and are confident owning growth metrics end-to-end
- Have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, experience at early-stage startups, and a scrappy, resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Have experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-enabled services (nice to have)

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, managing a portfolio of products and enhancements, enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance, analyzing data, and coordinating a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision.
