The Agile Transformation Coach is responsible for leading and championing agility across the organization. In this role, you will assist teams across our businesses in adopting the FBIN Agile mindset, principles, and best practices. Use subject matter expertise and act as a change agent to coach, influence, teach and mentor employees at all levels regarding the ways of working, key behaviors and frameworks that drive success. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile Transformation Engagements - Achieve stakeholder-defined outcomes by implementing FBIN Agile practices throughout the organization to enhance business unit agility and delivery efficiency. Advise Leadership & Stakeholders - Collaborate with product owners, senior management, and executives to define and evolve the Agile transformation roadmap and governance model. This model focuses on business value, driving outcomes, and a faster time to market. Coach & Mentor Teams and Coaches - Guide cross‑functional teams, Scrum Masters, and other Agile Transformation Coaches in agile principles, ceremonies, and consistently encourage continuous improvement. Use coaching techniques that increase collaboration, transparency, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. Build Agile Delivery Mindset - Offer strategic guidance on Agile methodologies, effectively facilitating conflict resolution and removing obstacles to expedite delivery and ensure overall team and individual success. Design and Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Develop and facilitate Scrum events, ensuring they are action-oriented, results-driven, and time-bound. Promote Open Communication - Facilitate open communication among teams and stakeholders; promote an inclusive, positive environment for strong collaborations and work effectiveness Share Best Practices - Partner with other Agile Transformation Coaches to exchange insights, standardize practices, and scale successful approaches across multiple teams and portfolios. Measure & Report Progress - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as flow efficiency, cycle time, and team health to measure adoption. Guide teams in analyzing these metrics. Conduct Agile maturity assessments and present status and improvement opportunities to leadership. Focus on Team Health - Monitor the team's health, ensuring commitments, pace, and quality are on track. Help the team understand how to inspect and adapt as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience Agile Coaching Experience - Minimum 5–8 years in Agile roles, with at least 3 years leading or managing Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters at an enterprise scale. Demonstrated experience in implementing, coaching, and teaching Agile, including support of Mission/OKR development, prioritization, metrics, and leadership behaviors. Deep Expertise in Agile Frameworks - Hands‑on mastery of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks, with demonstrated ability to tailor practices to context and need. Leadership & Influencing Skills - Proven aptitude for influencing at all organizational levels, from team members to C‑suite, and driving change without direct authority. Communication & Facilitation - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership briefings. Able to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting approach as needed to a target audience. We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Manager to lead our AI Change Management & Transformation function and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Schwab's firmwide AI strategy. This role will report to the Director, AI Business Enablement and will be responsible for driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation to support AI adoption. You will play a critical role in helping teams embrace AI capabilities and realize measurable business value. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and business-savvy, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and the broader tech ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Change Management: Design and execute change management strategies, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead communication and training efforts to support AI transformation across business units

  • Process Integration: Collaborate with business and technology leaders to redesign processes for AI integration and support governance frameworks for responsible AI use

  • Analytics : Track adoption metrics, monitor business impact, and inform continuous improvement for change management effort.

  • Leadership: Function as the driving force behind AI change management initiatives, rallying cross-functional teams with domain expertise to enable these initiatives and ensure successful execution.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required

  • 7-10+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or digital enablement

  • 3+ years of experience building familiarity with AI technologies, business applications, and implementation roadmaps, preferably for complex and/or regulated business domains

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong knowledge with various change management methodologies

  • 7+ years of demonstrated senior-level communication skills and abilities to craft compelling narratives and deliver effective presentations tailored to executive audiences

  • 7+ years' experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and championing initiatives across departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field

  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting AI or emerging technology initiatives

  • Certifications in change management or AI strategy

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration between Schwab

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills; a team player with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and championing initiatives across departments
