**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
+ Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
+ Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
+ Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
+ Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Licensed EIT and/or Licensed Professional Engineer or be in active pursuit of registration
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing
+ Minimum of 5 years related work experience

As an Assistant Project Manager at Bohler, you will:

1. Gain exposure to our vast portfolio of recognizable brand name clients in order to build and foster those relationships.
2. Receive training in the financial management aspects of project production, such as writing contracts, putting together proposals, managing budgets, etc.
3. Polish your skills for presentations in front of local planning and zoning boards.
4. Improve your technical site design knowledge and gain hands-on plan preparation experience to mentor and develop your own team of design professionals.
5. Hone your skills in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping through project closeout.
