  • Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Construction activities from pre-construction (Early Stage) up to the point of Construction for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects within the Engineering and Construction Business Unit (E&C).

At our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join an IT PMO team. This is a unique opportunity to lead projects firm-wide, working closely with various functions and teams to drive business results.

Required Skills

  • PMP certification and/or MBA a plus
  • 5+ years' experience in project management and reporting
  • 6+ years' experience in technology implementation
  • Agile / Scrum experience preferred
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem analysis capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate and influence others effectively
  • Proven team-oriented person who can share information, goals, opportunities, successes, and failures with the appropriate parties
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in technical area and managing teams/vendors
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude, working under tight deadlines in an organized fashion
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in project management and reporting
  • MBA or PMP certification preferred
Other Requirements
  • Ability to drive results with a sense of urgency and influence personnel outside of a direct reporting structure
  • Demonstrate ownership of issues by analyzing, gaining consensus, offering alternative solutions, or escalating as appropriate/applicable

Working examples that demonstrate leadership and diligence. 3-4 years of Account Management, Project Management, Marketing, and/or related experience. Previous experience working with web development/digital projects. Knowledge of enterprise tools (AEM, Salesforce, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint). Additional information Compensation Range: $59,850 - $86,680 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
