Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal and multi-state corporate income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including documentation related to ASC 740 standards.
- Conduct thorough research and provide detailed documentation on complex tax matters affecting retail and fuel operations.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

**Your key responsibilities**
We'll look to you to support our senior managers through partners in providing tax services. You're likely to balance your time between compliance and planning, focusing on and interacting directly with our clients. This role will have a heavy focus on corporate returns as well as provision work. There will also be opportunity to work on flow through entities (i.e., partnerships). + Preparing or reviewing federal and state tax returns for U.S. corporations and some partnerships. + Providing tax research, tax memoranda drafting, and assistance in quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.

**Strategic Commercialization**
+ Design and implement end-to-end commercial frameworks that scale customer programs into repeatable and profitable business models.
+ Translate customer growth opportunities into financial and operational models that align with strategic, margin, and capacity goals.
