The Administrative Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support for SVP and VP of Creative including handling phones, calendar, filing, drafting correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. The University of North Texas competes as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the American Athletic Conference. - Create digital and hardcopy collateral materials to promote ticket sales and generate specific team promotional materials to increase public image for assigned sports.

- Works with other internal units to oversee enhancement of brand identity and awareness including supporting the fulfillment of sponsored digital content inventory, planning, and messaging with LearfieldIMG College partners and licensees.
- Under leadership of Senior Associate AD and Assistant AD, design department publications working with different units to create fresh art and editorial content.
- Provide gameday digital media support for sports events and other important events as assigned. This includes revenue and nonrevenue generating sports events and the assignments of student intern staff at these events.
- Communicates with coaches and staff to ensure brand awareness and identity standards are being met.
- Work with Assistant AD to design creative social media graphics and concepts to assist overall marketing and communications effort.
- Contribute to overall athletic department social media strategy and ideation with opportunity for larger role.
- Works well with other units in athletic department to help accomplish common goals.

Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Creative Video conceptualizes, executes, and delivers creative video content for Colorado State University Athletics. Individual's primary duty involves the performance of work requiring imagination, originality, and talent in creation of artistic video content that enhances and extends the Colorado State Athletics brand; individual also collaborates with multiple internal and external constituent groups to identify and capture stories; institutes best practices; assists with development of unit workflows to produce ample and timely content; is actively involved in the game-day atmosphere; and cultivates fan engagement and affinity through effective story telling.
