    The Administrative Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support for SVP and VP of Creative including handling phones, calendar, filing, drafting correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.     **Responsibilities:**
    + Word processing (composing and generating letters, memos, and fax cover sheets)

    + Distributing and following up on documents

    The University of North Texas competes as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the American Athletic Conference.     • Works with other internal units to oversee enhancement of brand identity and awareness including supporting the fulfillment of sponsored digital content inventory, planning, and messaging with LearfieldIMG College partners and licensees.
    • Under leadership of Senior Associate AD and Assistant AD, design department publications working with different units to create fresh art and editorial content.
    • Provide gameday digital media support for sports events and other important events as assigned. This includes revenue and nonrevenue generating sports events and the assignments of student intern staff at these events.
    • Communicates with coaches and staff to ensure brand awareness and identity standards are being met.
    • Work with Assistant AD to design creative social media graphics and concepts to assist overall marketing and communications effort.
    • Contribute to overall athletic department social media strategy and ideation with opportunity for larger role.
    • Works well with other units in athletic department to help accomplish common goals.

    The Assistant Director of Creative Video conceptualizes, executes, and delivers creative video content for Colorado State University Athletics.
