Discovery Excellence: Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month that identify a prospect’s specific growth objectives (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROAS) and align LP’s solutions accordingly. Sales Execution: Close a set number of new partnerships per quarter, with a combined annual contract value of $250,0 0 or more by month 6. CRM Accuracy: Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in Pipedrive with weekly updates to pipeline status, stage, and deal probability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Complete 100% of new client handoffs to Account Management within 5 days of closing, ensuring seamless transitions. Business Development Manager for Aerospace Sealing SolutionsThis position will be responsible for developing new Precision Elastomeric Devices (PED) business, build and deploy the PED product line strategy, and evaluate the defense segment for all Aerospace products.
