We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service And Helpdesk team in our busy Call Center. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Document all customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed customer service goals
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
