+ Assist patients and their families in obtaining proxy access to the patient's MyChart account. Support families and/or their legally authorized representatives in navigating the medical record amendment request process, ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations.

+ Must have experience with Epic and OnBase
+ Experience with Axium is a plus but not required
+ Will be responsible for performing resolution of MPI (Master Patient Index) duplicates/overlay errors

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
**Education:** Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Supply Chain with a focus on Data Integrity required.
Technical expertise in data models, database design, and development required.
Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM and familiarity with Crystal Reports/Tableau/PowerBI tools required.
Knowledge of EPIC, GHX tools, Benchmarking tools, and Contract Management systems is advantageous preferred
Experience in data mining techniques, procedures, and application of AI in data quality improvement and analysis preferred.
**Licensure:** None required.

Job Description
+ Ensure data integrity and adherence to business rules within MMIS.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and conduct research to implement effective strategies.
+ Collaborate with teams to develop and deploy data collection systems, enhancing statistical efficiency and data quality.
+ Interpret complex data sets to formulate actionable recommendations.
+ Analyze and resolve issues concerning patient, inventory, and system data integration.
+ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data to support strategic initiatives.
+ Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports.
+ Maintain contracts database integrity and ensure data accuracy.
+ Develop and manage databases and data systems to support departmental needs.
+ Extract and synthesize data from internal and external sources as required.
+ Create and present insightful dashboards to stakeholders.
+ Lead and manage a team of master data analysts and business analysts focusing on supply chain functions including purchasing, contracting, value analysis, operations and inventory management.
+ Support MMIS/ERP system configuration, upgrades, and testing for supply chain functions, working with IT team.
+ Provide analytics supporting cost savings analysis and clinical value analysis initiatives.
+ Provide data-related support for acquisition integration projects.
+ Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to meet operational needs.
