**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and index documents, ensuring they are sorted and prepped for scanning as per client specifications.
+ Use third-party software to scan hardcopy files to electronic images, ensuring quality images.
+ Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking.
+ Maintain a clean work environment.
+ Perform Quality Checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy, documenting any errors.
+ Enter data manually using a keyboard for verification.
+ Re-assemble documents back to original condition when required.
+ Prepare products for delivery, ensuring all documentation is completed.
+ Maintain scanning hardware and software, troubleshooting as needed.
+ Assist in training new Imaging Specialists.
+ Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks of all equipment.
+ Utilize pallet jacks and carts as necessary.
**Secondary Responsibilities:**
+ Report urgent issues like employee relations or safety concerns to the manager.
+ Participate in safety drills and report any violations.
+ Understand your role in the Company Disaster Recovery Plan.
+ Report accidents and injuries immediately.
+ Travel between facilities if required.
+ Work overtime when necessary.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment, preferably in a service industry.
