**Overview**
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Development, this individual plays a key role in development of data management strategies including outsourcing, oversight and risk-based data management strategies, standards and processes. The Associate Director, Data Management will bring deep knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and systems and processes that support efficient and compliant clinical data practices.
**Responsibilities**
- Leads and manages all clinical data management (DM) activities including database build, cleaning, reconciliation, and locking activities across multiple clinical trials to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data collection and analyses.
- Develops and implements data management strategies, processes, and standards in alignment with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and applicable regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health informatics, or a related field (Master's or higher degree preferred).

**Role Overview: Your Impact at ADP**
This is a critical role designed to elevate the strategic impact of analytics within ADP's sales organization. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a premier internal consultant and trusted partner to ADP's Sales Leadership. Your mission is to move beyond standard reporting and dashboards to proactively diagnose business challenges, identify opportunities, and lead insight-to-action initiatives that tangibly improve Salesforce effectiveness. You will be the analytical strategist who helps our sales leaders understand performance drivers and make the data-driven decisions that accelerate revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of HCM solutions.
**Responsibilities: Driving Salesforce Effectiveness at ADP**
+ **Consultative Partnership & Diagnosis:** Embed with senior sales and commercial leaders to understand their most pressing strategic challenges. Lead deep-dive diagnostic projects using advanced SQL to uncover the root causes of performance gaps in ADP's sales processes, from lead conversion to pipeline velocity and deal closure.
+ **Salesforce Effectiveness Initiatives:** Proactively identify and recommend performance-lift strategies. Lead analytical projects focused on key ADP priorities such as Gen AI implementation, measuring the ROI of sales enablement tools, Sales learning initiatives etc.
+ **Insight-to-Action Leadership:** Collaborate directly with business partners in Product, Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing to translate your analytical findings into concrete action plans. + **Strategic Recommendations:** Go beyond "what happened" to advise on "what we should do next." Develop and present data-driven recommendations on sales strategy, resource allocation, and investment priorities to VPs and senior leadership. Your success is measured by the business impact of your insights.
**Required Skills:**
+ **Consultative Problem-Solving:** A proven ability to dissect ambiguous business problems, formulate and test hypotheses, and deliver structured, data-driven solutions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
+ **Business Acumen:** Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and the key levers that drive sales productivity. You are intellectually curious and passionate about understanding the nuances of ADP's business and the HCM market.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
+ A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, financial analysis, or a related field with a clear emphasis on consultative analysis and business partnership.
+ Strong knowledge of data concepts and tools and experience in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
+ Well-versed with concepts and techniques of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing
+ Working with Amazon redshift, Databricks or similar
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience working with data from CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Experience in the technology, SaaS, or business services industry.
**Preferred Qualifications**
