Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership
- Define and own the implementation strategy for all customer onboarding and rollout projects
- Oversee multiple concurrent customer projects, balancing scope, timelines, and resources
- Create and enforce project management standards, workflows, and best practices
- Lead onboarding and service upgrade projects
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of implementation managers, project managers, and technical onboarding specialists

The Binghamton University Libraries provides research collections in electronic (over 2 million and growing) and print (1.7 million items) formats with an extensive array of databases and e-packages (over 400), archival and distinctive printed materials in Special Collections as well as services with a variety of student-centered study spaces. With three public locations (Glenn G. Bartle Library, Science Library and the University Downtown Center Library) and an off-site Collections Management Facility, our aim is to provide access to primary research materials and resources befitting an R1 research institution.
Binghamton University Libraries is seeking a strategic and innovative leader for the position of Assistant Director of Storage and Delivery. This is a newly created position that will oversee key services such as interlibrary loan, document delivery, and the management of a newly-renovated high-density storage facility that houses more than 650,000 critical research materials. The role plays a central part in supporting the Binghamton University community and beyond by enhancing access to essential resources and advancing the future of library services.
The Assistant Director will lead and manage a team responsible for resource sharing, physical collections maintenance, and the execution of collections relocation projects. This role includes overseeing courier services to ensure the efficient delivery of materials across campus locations and beyond. The Assistant Director will define unit goals, adapt staffing plans, and adjust workflows to meet evolving needs and trends in library and information services, while supervising staff and managing daily operations. Additionally, the position involves leading the development and implementation of policies related to resource sharing, copyright, and fair use, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Collections Strategies and Access Services, as well as external resource-sharing partners globally, to foster innovation, improve services, and drive the future of physical collections management at Binghamton University.

Librarianship:
Leadership and Strategy
Strategic vision: Work with the Director of Collections Services on strategic planning and unit goal setting; define priorities for unit projects, activities, and innovations.
Efficiency: Review workflow and staffing with the goal of improving efficiency; document policies, procedures, and decisions; assist in fulfillment, lending, and other requests as needed.

**What Pharmacy Services & Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health**
Responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT).

As a Delivery Driver, you will have face-to-face contact with customers as you deliver orders. You will safely drive a Graybar truck or van from the warehouse to each destination, providing on-time delivery and good customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and passing along customer feedback, and even promoting services and products! One advantage of this role is that it is typically Monday-Friday during the day and you will be home each night. **Starting pay at $20.00 an hour for this role**
**In this role you will:**
+ Help determine best routes for delivery to meet customer expectations
+ Deliver products to Graybar customers while providing excellent customer service
+ Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
+ Inspect vehicle and supplies
+ Safely operate vehicle at all times
+ Maintain proper truck logs
+ Work a local route - no overnights or weekends away
**What you bring to the table:**
+ Customer service skills
+ Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment; must pass pre-employment physical testing
+ Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
+ Experience required driving a van or truck equal or below 26,000 GVW
+ Must have a valid driver's license issued by his/her state of residence appropriate for type of vehicle
+ Must be able to pass DOT medical exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification

**Position Summary**
As a Delivery Driver and Pharmacy Technician for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a
predetermined route and schedule. Delivery drivers and pharmacy technicians take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory
compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and always maintain patient confidentiality. Success for
incumbents in this role includes being able to manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient
prescriptions promptly, safely and accurately.
- Partner with function supervisor to coordinate workflow for assigned functions that prepare and process medications.
- Follow policy and procedures for the proper non-sterile and/or sterile product compounding and assembly of clinical
- products.
- May prepare medications by measure, mix, count out, label and record amounts and dosages of IV or highly regulated
- medications according to prescription orders following Long Term Care Pharmacy policies, regulations and procedures.
- May have responsibility for compliance functions.
- Assist with workflow coordination
- Ensure and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Rotate and work within assigned pharmacy workstations, to safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions all while
- providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations. Workstations include: Driving, Packaging, Staging,
- Returns, Receiving, Cycle Fill, Machine Packaging
- Take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and
- they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain and full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
- Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or
- patient's homes
- Load products/materials for delivery into delivery vehicle in a safe and orderly fashion
- Log deliveries and return accompanying documents as appropriate.
- Confirm correct medication is in correct shipment packaging for the facility
- Maintain vehicles and alert management for maintenance issues
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management for maintenance issues.
- Maintain safe operation of all delivery vehicles
- Use of mobile phones and applications to navigate your route using basic internet applications and GPS functions per
- designated route sequence
- Deploy alternative delivery methods in emergency situations
- Following all applicable government regulations including HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality
- Drive for long periods of time
- Responsible to receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities
- with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely.
- Perform physical inventories.
- Sort all baskets from V2 according to facility units, location, and delivery times
- Scans all medication pending for delivery
- Prepares manifests and ancillary paperwork to correspond to appropriate nursing facility.
- Retrieve medication totes from PVII pharmacists that are to be scanned for delivery (STATs included)
- Check bins before delivery departure for missed meds
- During down times assist pharmacy floor for additional support.
- Scans manifests into system for confirmation of delivery
**Required Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
- The ability to concentrate on a task over a period without being distracted
- Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues
- Actively listening by giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made,asking
questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- The ability to use math to solve a problem, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription
- Is able to judge when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; recognizing there is a problem
- Choosing the best course of action when faced with a complex situation with several available options
- Customer service orientation
- Possess geographical knowledge of service area
- Flexibility required Nights and Weekends
- Current, valid driver's license in the state at the level required for the vehicle's operation
- Ability to drive for long periods of time
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- PTCB National Certification
- Prior driving experience
**Education**
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $26.21
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
