DELIVERY DRIVER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
+ You will be handling about 6 to 8 customer appointments a day.
+ If the customer is buying a car, you will operate a company-owned vehicle and drive to the customer's home to finalize the purchase of the vehicle.
+ You will then greet the customer, take a look over the car they are selling, and have them fill out paperwork on an iPad
+ You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
+ You'll be expected to prioritize safe driving and to maintain a clean driving record in accordance to CMV Driver Qualification policy. Consistent, safe driving is crucial to this role!
+ You'll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

The Driver is responsible for catering aircraft and transporting / delivering carts with meals and beverages to assigned flights at Chicago O'Hare airport. (S)he is expected to work in tandem with a Driver Helper to provide excellent customer service to our airline customers in a timely, responsible and safe manner. The Driver is responsible for driving the truck on the airport ramp and follow all safety procedures when loading and unloading equipment into the warehouse, carts and aircraft.
Job Requirements / Responsibilities
• Must have a Commercial Driver's License Class 'B' or 'A'.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English (speak, read and understand the English language).
• Communicate effectively with vendor airline crew in a professional manner
• Strip and load planes to airline customer specifications
