Become the Director of Business Development You’ve Always Wanted to Be

Your essential responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, evaluating, and monitoring key performance metrics and progress towards objectives.
• Managing critical operational and financial metrics.
• Overseeing marketing operations, including staffing and recruitment efforts.
• Guiding the admission processes and reimbursement systems.
• Communicating market opportunities and threats to senior management.
• Identifying and enhancing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policies.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison within a healthcare setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• A successful track record in leadership, management, or direct sales and marketing, preferably within healthcare.
• Knowledge of local healthcare markets, physician relations, case management, and managed care is preferred.
