Job Description:
Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary. Within parameters, determines routing and arrangements for shipments, considering such factors as nature of items being shipped, method of handling, size, urgency, and cost. Consults rate schedule for specific rates depending on method of shipment and/or distance shipped. Assesses most economical and efficient common or contract carrier, to transport shipments.
Calculates and records storage, redelivery, and other applicable charges. May reroute urgent shipments of an urgent nature or arrange for special delivery at destination. Prepares and maintains records of products shipped and tracks shipments. Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications. Maintains records of received goods, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification. Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements. May perform wood shop functions such as operating power saws and nail guns in building skids and crates.
Key Responsibilities:

About the role
As a Distribution Specialist Hybrid, you would follow standard company procedures, state compliance laws, and safety requirements while delivering orders to dispensaries in a timely and efficient manner. The Delivery Specialist role is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages that may weigh a minimum of 50 lbs. Under tight deadlines, our Delivery Specialist safely operates cargo vans and climbs in and out of a vehicle. In periods of downtime or after distribution routes have been completed, this position will assist the production department by working on the production line while packing, pre-rolling, or assisting with the quality control of Timeless products.
Distribution Responsibilities
- Maintaining the accuracy of orders going out and staying compliant with state regulations
- Load van with the daily product to be sold as well as unload product for the customer;
- Perform routine inspection of company vehicles and supplies to ensure road safety;
- Maintain Inventory of daily merchandise loaded on the van

The Assistant Distribution Engineer will work under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer to assist project teams to create world-class designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments on a variety of 2.4kV to 34.5kV overhead and underground utility distribution projects. The Assistant Distribution Engineer will work with the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting electrical distribution plans according to budget constraints, design factors, or client needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload trucks accurately in a timely manner. Notify management of damaged or suspect product.
+ Complete loading or receiving tasks to comply with PJFS Safety and quality standards.
+ Assure completion of required daily distribution paperwork, i.e., receiving logs, load sheets, damaged product, etc.
+ Operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment in a safe and professional manner.
+ Perform daily, weekly and monthly sanitation tasks according to sanitation schedule;including, trailers.
+ Communicate with Shift Leader regarding Safety, product levels, quality issues, day-to-day challenges, etc.

+ Ensure compliance with PJFS Safety, Sanitation and HACCP policies & procedures, federal, state and local regulations (OSHA, FDA, DOL) and all Papa John's International, Inc., policies & procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Design and review overhead and underground distribution lines from 4 kV to 69 kV
+ Develop overhead, URD, re-conductoring and asset replacement projects, and underground cable/conduit work packages
+ Design complex overhead and underground distribution projects in urban and rural environments in compliance with client's engineering and construction specifications, field engineering of project requirements, identification of conflicting utilities, engineering and design calculations, and programming of protective line equipment.
+ Coordinate small design teams as needed to develop budgets, prepare scoping documents, design criteria, and project deliverables.
+ Provide clients with engineering assistance during construction, and be available to attend construction meetings, coordination efforts and community outreach as needed.

The position falls within the substation department of the organization. The engineer will working to complete projects that support our utility customer. They will work with in-house and client engineers and designers. They will provide, coordinate, and conduct training to lower level engineers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Develop project scopes, one line diagrams, and estimates for substation projects
+ Review substation construction drawings such as electrical arrangements, plan and section views, grounding, cable and conduit drawings, and other project documents and verify compliance with appropriate codes and standards
+ Engineer and design lightning protection, grounding, and equipment replacement and repair for substations
+ Make necessary changes and corrections to drawings and documentation
+ Verify the proper use of equipment and material according to project documentation standards and codes
+ Verify that material and equipment are ordered and delivered on time for substation construction
+ Travel to project sites for walk downs and gathering information to develop the correct requirements for the projects to scope and develop substations
+ Function as a project lead for substation projects
+ Perform all engineering and design activities with minimum direction
+ Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities of others within the work group, team, department, or those external to complete substation projects
+ Provide training and guidance to lower level employees
+ Identify and initiate corrective action when substation project objectives are not being met
+ Interpret codes and regulations and develop standards for construction projects

+ Participate in development of plans by establishing goals, objectives, and requirements
+ Work under supervision of higher level engineers

Education and Experience Requirements
+ Minimum of five years of experience in utilities working with substations
+ Minimum of five years of experience completing engineering projects from start to finish
+ Minimum of five years of experience scoping, estimating, and ordering materials for substations
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
+ Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution will count toward years of experience
+ A PE License is required
Requisite Abilities and Skills
+ Intermediate ability to perform design calculations such as battery sizing, AC and DC loads, system component selection, power transformer and circuit breaker selection, circuit protection, control and power cable selection and rating, bus bars, fittings, insulators, ground grid design, and lightning protection
+ Intermediate understanding of standards and codes such as IEEE, ANSI, NEC and NESC
+ Possess intermediate understanding of equipment, material, ordering, and bills of material for substation construction
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Possess ability to understand interrelationship between systems and component equipment
+ Demonstrate ability to work with others in supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary
+ Demonstrate willingness and capabilities to assume leadership roles
