Responsible for delivering requested supplies and/or equipment from Distribution to the various user departments within the facility. All tasks are completed under direct supervision of Distribution Supervisor, or designated Charge Technician (if applicable)
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPrevious hospital experience helpful, but not mandatory. 3 months experience consistently performing all tasks as listed for Tech 1 must be met, prior to competency sign off, and consideration for training and advancement opportunities to Tech 2. Must have valid NC Drivers License of which can be verified by CFV Risk Management, to include obtaining inclusion in the CFV vehicle insurance program. Reads, writes and speaks fluent English. Ability to interact with other employees in CS as well as other departments in the facility. Excellent customer service skills, to include effective oral communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to be flexible to daily changes in operational and patient care issues. Ability to multi-task if necessary. Discretion in the proper handling of confidential information is mandatory. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate these when necessary. Must be able to see and hear. Must be capable of withstanding the fatigue associated with continuous walking and standing. Must be capable of delivering supplies and lifting objects that may weigh as much as 50 pounds and pushing carts with rolling weight as much as 100 pounds.

As a systems engineer; performs design of server and application architectures. Performs the administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware and software. Maintains system security and executes practices and procedures; monitors usage statistics and logs; monitors and remedies attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files. Maintains baseline configurations and performs modification of configuration settings. Institutes troubleshooting and incident response procedures. Troubleshoots system related problems. Remains current in operating systems/software analysis and technological developments and applications. Recommends future direction or projects to management. Provides expertise and direction in the development or modification of software programs and applications to enhance an operating system
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:**

+ DOD 8570 IAT Level II required (Level III preferred)
+ Experience with MS Exchange 2010/2013 and Unified Communications applications (MS OCS/Lync)
+ Strong Experience with Enterprise on-prem/cloud video distribution solutions including multicast video, encoders, and related endpoint devices (experience with EZTV a plus).
+ Experience with designing, implementing, and managing Radio over IP solutions.
+ Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration to include Group Policy Management; DNS; DHCP; and Identity & Credential Management
+ Experience with server virtualization (VMWare VCP5.x or Microsoft Hyper-V)
+ Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker or Podman.
+ Experience with Linux servers in an Enterprise environment (RHEL, Alpine, RockyLinux)
+ -Experience with management of Storage Area Networking environments (familiarity with NetApp Data ONTAP preferred)
+ Experience with Enterprise-Level backup and restoration concepts and products

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

The Operations Supervisor provides direction at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives.
**Position Summary:**
Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including driver deliveries, loading/unloading of trailers, and customer service operations in a manner consistent with company services and cost objectives. Supervises most processes directly including people, systems, customer needs, equipment, etc. workforce and equipment scheduling. Responsible for performance management of direct reports. making corrective action and disciplinary decisions up to written warning level. Involved in the hiring process and customer meetings as necessary.
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) / **Hours** : 1:30PM - 10:30PM (until the last truck is in)
**Salary:** $64,000 - $70,000 Position is bonus eligible up to 12% of the base salary

Finance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies & procedures such as tracking MPG, returns, damages, etc.
- Understand the relationship between decision-making and profitability
- Closely manage associates' working hours and activities to minimize overtime and to meet or exceed productivity targets
Safety
- Ensure day-to-day management and associate activities are aligned with the location safety strategy
- Provide associates with communication, training, feedback, and direction to ensure safe performance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures
- Conduct safety observations
Growth / Customer Experience
- Understand the location-specific customer goals & objectives and work to meet and exceed these expectations daily

Fleet/Assets
- Properly plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet equipment

- Work with Penske Truck Leasing to ensure schedule of preventative maintenance is complete
