Document Control Specialist - Youngstown, Ohio - Job 25-01355

Salary Range: $60K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits

Youngstown, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Document Control Specialist to review and generate documentation to include monthly reports, spec sheets, inspection reports, change notices, drawing packages, purchase order and project requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years' work experience document control or project coordination
  • Working knowledge of spec sheets, inspection reports, and engineering drawings
  • Generate, review, and submit state monthly and third-party agency reports
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Skilled using full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Company paid medical premium, 401k, & educational reimbursement

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • The HR Administrative Assistant will compile onboarding documentation into files
  • Upload employee files into HRIS
  • The HR Administrative Assistant will enter employee data into HRIS for payroll purposes


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

  • Detailed, diligent, and able to maintain accuracy/quality of work on repetitive tasks
  • Computer skills, basic Excel acumen, able to navigate software
  • Any experience in HR or Administrative support is a plus but not a must for this position


Salary is 35- 40k, DOE
