This position Lead Impact Education Trainer & Policy Specialist (ASO 4) is responsible for embedding equitable policies, practices, and processes into new laws and ordinances, expanding the current training efforts of the Office of Impact and promoti Policy, Education, Specialist, Finance, Trainer, Business Operations, Business Services

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on a wide range of energy policy issues, including renewable energy deployment, climate change mitigation, energy efficiency, and grid modernization.
• Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments related to energy policy at federal, state, and international levels.
• Prepare detailed policy briefs, reports, presentations, and white papers for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative models to assess the impacts of various energy policies on economic, environmental, and social outcomes.
• Engage with government agencies, industry associations, NGOs, and academic institutions to gather insights and build collaborative relationships.
