You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, menu planning, and décor.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop detailed event timelines and manage logistics to ensure smooth execution on the day.
  • Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
