Job Description Summary The Procurement Supplier Management FLIGHT DECK Leader will collaborate closely with our supply base in developing and implementing lean principles to enhance operational capabilities. This role will focus on facilitating and leading improvement activity in partnership with our supplier teams at their locations. The PSM FLIGHT DECK Leader will also help develop and partner with other leaders in the organization in support of the overall FLIGHT DECK transformation, embedding FLIGHT DECK fundamentals into the supplier culture and driving a true continuous improvement mindset.
