Summary:
The safety of our team members, guests and partners is our number one priority. As Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring all areas of Safety and Sanitation compliance at the location. The ideal candidate will be a health and safety champion who is focused on people and quality standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
+ Assisting with regular team member training to continually enhance understanding of best practices and to address any emerging risks or issues
+ Ensuring the accurate and thorough maintenance of all safety-related records such as temperature logs
+ Completing periodic safety inspections and walk-throughs
+ Assisting with the implementation of Levy's safety and sanitation program at the venue
+ Work with the HR team to ensure timely completion and tracking of all mandatory safety and sanitation training
+ Complete regular building inspections and walk-throughs with the operations team to identify any safety risks
+ Working with the Home Office Risk Management team in responding to or managing any safety and claims issues
+ Working with operations and culinary teams to ensure the timely completion and storage of all mandatory records
+ Ensure the timely completion and storage of all team member accident reports
+ Complete regular 'Tool-box talk' trainings with hourly team members
+ Work with the partner facilities team to address any joint concerns for team member safety
+ Provides knowledgeable assistance in the reporting, monitoring, and settling of team members, foodborne illness, liquor liability and guest claims
+ Work with local OSHA, sanitation or Steritech inspectors to support inspections or local initiatives

+ Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment

- Documenting and reporting quality non-conformances and process issues to the quality and production supervisors where adjustments can be introduced to eliminate nonconforming conditions.
- Enforcing quality corrective actions to ensure that the corrective actions effectively remedy production quality discrepancies and justify closure of Non-Conforming Reports (NCRs).
- Prepares quality inspection results records and submits copies of all final inspection quality records to the Quality Supervisor(s) or Quality Document Control Clerk for including those records into the Car History Books.
- Verifies effectiveness of quality control inspections (Incoming, In-process or Final inspections).
- Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies, procedures, project Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and customer specifications.
- Ensure that all work is performed per inspection procedures.
- Perform inspections during production in-process operations and completes the final inspections.
- Initiate Non-Conformance reports (NCRs) as required to document and record noncompliant materials, processes, or production quality results.
- Document and report inspection findings and results to ensure that nonconforming conditions have been resolved.
- Regularly audit and inspect production assembly and instruction packages on the shop floor, to ensure that production documents are the current and the latest customer approved configuration.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor(s) or Quality Management.
- Ability to interpret and read production drawings and schematics, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills to support entry or retrieval of data and information via computer applications and systems consisting of various databases and other internal programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance, safety, quality, fire and inspections
- Gather monthly inspection data and submit reports to Quality Manager to submit to the Public Works Department as a deliverable

- Research required safety information for electric, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry trades
- Schedule inspection activities

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Conduct maintenance, safety, quality, fire and inspections
+ Gather monthly inspection data and submit reports to Quality Manager to submit to the Public Works Department as a deliverable
+ Use the Maximo system to extract and input maintenance records, search for scheduled maintenance orders and print reports
+ Research required safety information for electric, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry trades
+ Schedule inspection activities
+ Communicate with site management regarding feedback from maintenance services and customer related issues to ensure contract compliance
+ Conduct safety related training sessions
+ Research quality and safety related information; incorporate information into policies and procedures
+ Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements**
+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience with quality inspections
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Knowledge in the trades of electric, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry or knowledge of utility plant operations or experience as a Maryland 1 st Class Engineer
+ Knowledge of NFPA and OSHA guidelines
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Team player Completion of 10 hour OSHA course
+ Must be able to communicate, in English orally and/or in writing, fluently enough to ensure quick and accurate communication.
**Physical, Environmental and Sensory Requirements**
+ Works in office areas as well as throughout the facility.
+ Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting.
+ Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable.

**General Summary**
