Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers and managing the execution functions of Oracle's warehousing & distribution partners. The team manages the timely/accurate scheduling of customer orders in alignment to customer request dates & Data Center priorities, the release of planned orders to drive purchase order creation in Oracle Fusion, and the scheduling/execution of transfer orders used to stock Local Storage Sites around the globe.
The successful candidate will work with warehousing & distribution partners, OEM suppliers, and Oracle internal teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull in/push out/cancellation of open POs, and drive continuous improvement, optimization, & automation of the supply chain. Ultimately the manager is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of a high volume of orders with robust processes and documentation in place to support.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers
- Manage, optimize, and automate the sales order scheduling & purchase order date updating processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions, & shortages
- Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
- Monitor operations at the warehousing & distribution partners, ensure transactions are executed in real time & that Oracle Fusion is accurate
- Ensure PO dates are aligned in Oracle Fusion, receiving is being done quickly/accurately, and invoices are being paid on time
- Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Architect to join our growing team at Oracle, as we embark on an exciting journey of exponential cloud growth. Generalist Skills (Required):

Job Description

The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is a key part of the Supply Chain team which represents multiple locations across the continental United States and supports all EBAD market segments. This position shall oversee and ensure full compliance with federal, state and commercial regulations as they pertain to supply chain activities within our aerospace and defense manufacturing operations.

• Responsible for ensuring adherence to government contracting requirements (e.g., CPSR, FAR/DFARS), commercial standards, small business and internal policies while supporting procurement strategies and supply chain management.
• Develop, implement, maintain and certify procurement compliance procedures and controls.
• Assist in drafting and revising procurement and compliance policies to meet evolving regulatory standards.
• Lead training and company awareness on contractual requirements, federal regulations, and the small business subcontracting program.
• The Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) - Manage and champion the company's small business subcontracting program with Supply Chain Managers/Buyers and other applicable cross functional teams to meet annual SBLO sourcing objectives, align with sourcing strategies, address customer requests, and ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable federal regulations.
• Conduct internal audits of procurement processes and documentation for compliance.
• Support regulatory audits and assessments by government agencies or third-party auditors.
• Review and validate supplier certifications (e.g., small business status, ITAR, cybersecurity compliance).
• Support the contract and subcontract flow-down of applicable clauses to suppliers and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assisting with source selection processes to ensure regulatory compliance and small business subcontracting is a key factor in decision-making.
• Work with supply chain management teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in the supply base.
• Ensure supplier vetting processes align with trade compliance, cybersecurity (e.g., NIST SP 800-171/CMMC), and ethical sourcing standards.
• Support reporting obligations for procurement under government contracts (e.g., EEO, anti-trafficking, conflict minerals).

Requirements:

• The candidate must have a BA/BS degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Law or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance procurement or quality within a government contracting or aerospace/defense environment.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, CPSR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with government and commercial purchasing systems, procurement audit practices, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Costpoint) and procurement compliance tools.
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards.
• Experience interfacing with federal agencies or prime contractors on small business initiatives.
• Direct experience managing or supporting a Small Business Subcontracting Program under FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Familiarity with eSRS (Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System) and other reporting tools.
• Certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, CPSM or related government contracting certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements for suppliers is preferred.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing practices
• Strong skills in MS Windows Excel, Word, Power-point and MS Project.
• The candidate must be detail orientated, ability to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excels in a dynamic, changeable work environment. Energetic and positive. Ability to work independently. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to ensure compliance with a passion for being an advocate for the small business program.

The Supply Chain Strategy Manager will employ a data-driven approach to create in-depth business cases that support the prioritization of initiatives that improve and modernize our retail and omni-channel supply chain network. They will also support multi-year planning efforts and roadmap development by identifying short to long-term strategies that support our overall enterprise goals.
In this role, the ideal candidate will:
+ Analyze supply chain data to build robust cost / benefit analyses and business cases to support initiative decision-making
+ Build financial and other data-driven models that support initiative sizing and prioritization

+ Support multi-year planning efforts that define prioritization and timing of strategic initiatives based on determination of value
+ Define strong recommendations and build executive- level materials for leadership presentations and updates
+ Collaborate successfully with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and influence decisions
+ Understand end-to-end processes and flow of supply chain product throughout the network
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3-5 years of experience performing business analysis in roles that drive strategy including internal or external consulting, business management, or operations
+ Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinking with strong business acumen
+ Ability to break down complex problems and articulate concise, clear recommendations to leadership
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds toward a common goal and drive alignment
+ Ability to work autonomously on multiple initiatives at a time and comfortability working with some level of ambiguity
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and experience building executive-level presentations with meaningful data visualizations
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in consulting, strategy and/or an analytical role
+ Experience working in a corporate role within the retail industry
+ Experience working in supply chain or familiarity with supply chain concepts
+ MBA

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
