Responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team at Esri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations in production, planning, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, and warehousing. This position will report to the Director of Global Operations and will have several direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet corporate objectives
- Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping
- Maintain compliance with all US and foreign trade regulations
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments within Esri to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with the Esri SAP support team for system testing and enhancements
- Lead all efforts in material and part number configurations within SAP
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess
- Collaborate with suppliers and other Esri departments to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and safety requirements
- Provide return on investment (ROI) analysis for department equipment
- Train department on safety requirements and properly document all completed training
- Manage the production operations for USB software duplication, marketing and events signage, and outsourcing Esri press books
- Facilitate MRO for department equipment
- Provide documented mid-year and annual review feedback with your direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience managing an operation with direct reports
- Proven experience in a supply chain management role, with a track record of success
- 5+ years of experience with SAP, an enterprise resource planning system, or comparable data management systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Experience with using the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; excellent Microsoft Excel skills essential; Visio or Lucidchart experience
Recommended Qualifications
- Certification in supply chain management (such as APICS) is a plus

This role involves ownership of systems (NetSuite and Jira), supplier relationships, logistics planning, and pricing support.ResponsibilitiesHardware ProcurementManage and track the hardware ordering process from deal close through to final deliveryAct as the primary liaison with key hardware suppliersCreate, place, and track Purchase Orders (POs) and communicate status to the Onboarding teamMaintain strong coordination with Onboarding, Product, and Account Management teams by providing accurate hardware pricing and lead timesMaintain and update the hardware cost database while supporting pricing requests for customer quotes and internal planningLogistics & FulfillmentCoordinate with logistics providers to execute global shipments using the most efficient methods, ensuring proper documentation is provided to navigate customsProvide quotes for shipping, duties, and other logistics-related costs to support deal quotingTrack and manage inbound and outbound shipmentsEnsure accurate receipt and fulfillment within NetSuitePerform light operational tasks as needed, including pick, pack, label, and shipInventory Planning & Data ManagementLead inventory cycle countsPlan and execute stocking orders to ensure availability and minimize delaysOur Ideal Candidate Has:5-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfillment, ideally in a hardware, technology, or complex product environmentBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldDemonstrated project management skills and experience leading end-to-end procurement and logistics processesAdvanced Excel skills for pricing, tracking, and cost analysisComfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite required) and other supply chain tools; Jira experience a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and vendorsTechnical aptitude to work with hardware products and translate cross-functional needs into execution
