Summary:

This position is a key role within the Lubrication Lifetime Solutions factory leadership team in St Louis, MO. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Supply Chain Manager to oversee all Supply Chain activities including production planning, procurement, and forecasting. This position will also lead and participate in transformation initiatives and drive change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of managing organizational change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Supply Chain Processes

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align with organizational goals and market trends.

  • Implements lean management principles in supply chain management to reduce inventories and improve operational efficiencies.

  • Lead transformation projects, ensuring alignment across supply chain, production and logistics functions.
