Director RoleThis high-responsibility role requires a thought leader and problem-solver to lead team efforts, liaise with internal senior leadership, and manage client relationships to ensure project success and impact.
Required Experience- Extensive consulting experience with a top management consulting firm, specializing in healthcare.
- Experience leading strategic planning, growth strategies, M&A, partnerships, and other initiatives within healthcare providers.
- Expertise in the healthcare provider industry, including hospitals, academic medical centers, and physician groups.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and analytics.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and deliver high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, impactful proposals and presentations.
- Talent development skills, with a track record of mentoring and building effective teams.
- Alignment with core values: integrity, openness, diversity, and customer focus.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly; location can be anywhere within the contiguous US near a major airport.
The estimated base salary range is $215,000 - $50,000, with total compensation (including incentives) estimated at 311,750 - 362,500. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
