Commercial Construction Superintendent - Healthcare & Life Sciences

Job Description:

A Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and HITT safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The Superintendent communicates project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and administering the HITT safety program to include all subcontractors, ensuring that all accidents/incidents are promptly reported and investigated, and assisting in safety inspections by outside agencies
  
• Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project
  
• Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
  
• Maintain daily log of all activities and site conditions, while managing the punch list and closeout process through owner/architect acceptance
  
• Work with the project manager in formulating project schedule, ensuring that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, making and following through with schedule commitments, and maintaining HITT quality standards
  
• Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project, developing relationships within the community which enhance business opportunities, and ensuring subcontractors are treated fairly
  
• Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understanding subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identifying problems early and act immediately to provide solutions
  
• Develop and organize the site team, arranging for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identifying long lead items that need to be expedited
  
• Collaborate with the project manager and site operations team throughout the life of the project
  

• A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
  
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
  
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
  
• Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus
  
• Mastery of building processes and best practices
  
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  
• Project lead experience preferred Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred
  
• Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam,
  
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Your Role:

The Healthcare Compliance Officer will serve as the lead compliance authority for the US Biomedicine organization, overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of the company's corporate compliance and privacy programs, with a strong emphasis on promotional review, HCP/HCO interactions, and data governance. This individual will function as the legal and compliance representative on the Promotional Review Committee (PRC/MLR), support compliant commercialization of pharmaceutical products, and drive enterprise-wide compliance initiatives. Operating in a dynamic, small-team environment, the Healthcare Compliance Officer will also oversee internal investigations, support training and monitoring activities, and serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies.

This position will report to the Chief Officer, North America Biomedicine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Compliance Strategy and Governance

• Serve as an independent advisor to senior leadership on compliance risks and obligations.
• Establish and maintain a compliance hotline and related communication programs to foster a culture of accountability and integrity.
• Provide compliance reporting and program updates to executive leadership and to the global Executive Committee, where appropriate.

Promotional Review and Commercial Compliance

• Serve as the compliance and legal lead on the PRC/MLR team, reviewing promotional and medical communications to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, OIG, and PhRMA Code requirements.
• Advise Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams on labeling, disease awareness, advertising claims, and fair balance.
• Provide real-time legal and compliance guidance on marketing tactics, speaker programs, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Support the development of compliant launch strategies and commercial plans across therapeutic areas.

Policy Development and Compliance Operations

• Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, SOPs, and controls covering promotional practices, field activities, speaker programs, transparency, and medical engagements.
• Conduct training programs across Commercial, Medical, and corporate functions to promote awareness of compliance standards and ethical conduct.
• Monitor industry trends, enforcement actions, and evolving laws to maintain a proactive, risk-based compliance framework.

Privacy, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity Compliance

• Lead the privacy compliance program, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, CPRA/CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, and Commercial teams to integrate privacy by design, de-identification standards, and real-world data strategies into business processes.
• Partner with Information Security on vendor assessments, breach simulations, and cybersecurity preparedness.
• Guide business teams on permissible data use, third-party data sharing, and privacy terms in commercial or clinical agreements.

HCP/HCO Engagement and Transparency

• Provide legal and compliance oversight for interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations (HCPs/HCOs), including speaker programs, consulting agreements, educational grants, and charitable contributions.
• Ensure compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act (Open Payments), and FMV guidelines.
• Support transparency reporting processes and compliance with applicable state and federal reporting obligations.

Internal Investigations, Auditing, and Risk Management

• Lead or support internal investigations related to code of conduct or compliance policy violations; oversee appropriate remediation and documentation.
• Partner with internal audit and finance teams to monitor compliance with financial controls, SOX requirements, and commercial activity oversight.
• Identify areas of risk and develop corrective action plans, track and report key compliance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school required; Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required; Minimum of ten (10) years of legal, compliance, or regulatory experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
• At least five (5) years in a compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs role with direct involvement in promotional review and commercial compliance.
• Experience with U.S. healthcare laws including FDA promotional regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, and OIG Compliance Guidance.
• Familiarity with global and U.S. data privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), cybersecurity law, and incident response procedures.
• Demonstrated success conducting internal investigations, leading training programs, and advising on complex regulatory matters.
• Experience working in a small, fast-paced, or pre-commercial biopharma organization preferred.

Position Summary:

The MedInsight team develops an industry-leading data warehouse and analytics suite for major healthcare companies including insurers, providers, and public entities. We are a tech healthcare data company transforming how the industry understands and consumes healthcare data. We are accelerating and looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on healthcare data profiling and analysis tasks that require quantitative reasoning skills, knowledge of tools and technologies used in data analysis, and an interest in the US healthcare industry. This person's primary duty will be to work with our consultants and healthcare analytics team by researching healthcare analytics inquiries, onboarding new data sources and supporting daily operations of the MedInsight business intelligence solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
• Write complex SQL queries to support analytics needs.
• Develop, maintain, and support processes for data feasibility tests, data quality checks, data validations, and sense-checking of results.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues to ensure data integrity.
• Develop technical specifications for analyses of healthcare data.
• Support documentation of analysis results and methodologies. Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of healthcare data using SQL Server, Azure Databricks, and other tools.
• Conduct data analysis to support various analytic solutions.
• Create and produce reports and other deliverables, such as ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
• Create accurate work products and meet task and project deadlines.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
• Investigate client questions and participate in discussions with clients.
• Write code while adhering to programming best practices for code clarity and efficiency.
• Review, research, and summarize data validation artifacts.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, i.e., plan, organize, problem solve and meet established deadlines.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize work under time pressure. Follow-through and exceptional attention to detail on all project tasks are essential.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Candidates must be team players with excellent interpersonal skills. They must also have some experience/ familiarity with data analysis using large data sets. Experience with healthcare datasets is a significant plus.

Education/experience:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, science, mathematics, economics, informatics, or related field
• Programming Experience: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Python, PySpark, Databricks, T-SQL, or other scripting skills.

Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $54,900 - $02,120. For candidates residing in:

• Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is 60,390 - 93,610.
• New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco the salary range is 65,880 - 102,120.
• All other locations the salary range is 54,900 - 85,100.

A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a consultative selling approach to align Salesforce solutions with clients' business needs, backed by industry expertise across Healthcare and/or Life Sciences domains

• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate them into digital strategies and technology solutions

• Partner with the SVP of Sales to forecast and model team performance across vertical territories and quotas

• Collaborate with alliances and the Salesforce channel to develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving joint business growth

• Assess sales activities across accounts and capture teams, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or alliances within Salesforce Services

• 7+ years in enterprise technology and the channel ecosystem

• Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales and partner ecosystems

As a Healthcare Assistant you will be:

• Consulting with patients to learn about their current symptoms.
• Teaching patients how to properly execute therapeutic exercises (sometimes performing them side by side)
• Managing daily office administrative tasks such as: manage patient appointments, updating files, and collecting payments.
• Coordinating and promoting various internal patient events.
• Supporting the doctor, team, patients for the growth of the clinic

Pay & Perks:

• Starting at $20/hour with a path to get you to $22.00 within the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 4-day work week with long lunches: Monday-Thursday 8am-12:30pm; 2:30pm-8pm; one Friday per month 7am-10am. Some weekends, optional.
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
