**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Operations Trainer works within an area of the Lending Operations group to train and coach new representatives. This position also assists with ongoing coaching, project coordination, and testing.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Trains new and existing associates in Operations
+ Prepares and schedules training sessions
+ Monitors new associates during training periods to ensure accuracy and quality control
+ Facilitates continuing education of existing client service procedures
+ Offers recommendations to management in procedure implementation
+ Monitors calls for training purposes and provides effective feedback
+ Assists in planning projects that impact assigned area of Lending Operations
+ Performs testing as needed for projects
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Marketing Channel Strategist II provides decision support and direct marketing campaign execution to support marketing needs for the company.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Implements marketing campaigns and customer centric communications
+ Transfers data to and from internal and external partners for campaign implementation
+ Provides marketing campaign decision support and develops comprehensive campaign requirements/specifications
+ Confirms accurate and complete understanding of requirements and seek clarification where needed
+ Designs, builds, audits (quality control), and executes marketing campaigns within expected timeframes
