Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, organize, and analyze data from platforms including Salesforce CRM and others.

  • Manage and respond to reporting requests submitted through intake forms.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

Qualifications

The Education Data Analyst works as part of a deadline-oriented, fast-paced team consisting of consulting and operations staff that works together to provide superior service to state education agencies and school districts in the areas of special education management systems, data warehousing, federal reporting, and other programs.
