**Position Summary**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
- Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
- Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
- Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
- Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
- Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.
**Required Qualifications**
- 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
- Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire

- Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments
- Review spreadsheets to locate new products that will be arriving in the facility
- Slot items and maintain correct minimum and maximum pick amounts based on the type and velocity of the product
- Assist departments with quality control issues including: out-of-date product, new minimum and maximum pick amounts and products affected by manufacturer defects

A Fortune 250 retail client based in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Scrum Master to support their Supply Chain vertical. This role is part of a significant initiative to develop a custom Warehouse Management System (WMS), one of the largest projects within the enterprise.
To date, the engineering team has written over 200 million lines of code, with an equal amount remaining to be completed. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role, not only facilitating daily scrum meetings but also acting as a program/project manager. This includes ensuring seamless team coordination, managing timelines, and addressing any challenges that arise. There are daily stand ups, this individual will help run/lead. There are other scrum maters in this vertical that this role will partner and coordinate with daily.
The supply chain team is very heavily focused on domain specific projects. The scrum master will need to be able to understand supply chain and retail verbiage to help drive these projects and domains.

Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
+ Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver valueadded solutions
+ Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in supply chain, e-commerce, material handling, etc
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Travel requirement: minimum of 50% domestically
