- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and professional development.
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards within warehouses.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful supply chain optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation management.
- Experience with WMS and TMS software.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
