ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
- Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal clues to tailor your approach
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
- Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation (including all unload schedule times)
- Stock, backstock and zone product on sales floor
- Maintain sales floor instocks for GM categories
- Operate power equipment only if certified and partner with leader if certification is needed
- Work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage all defectives and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
- All other duties based on business needs

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

The Director, Planning & Replenishment is responsible for working cross functionally with leadership at the Corporate, Market, and Region levels. They will lead and develop team(s) consisting of a manager and (10+) planners and analysts to meet or exceed goals on strategic Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Lead & Develop a team of planners and analysts. Ensure the teams work collaboratively and effectively to provide a strong experience to customers and meet key metrics
+ Ensure processes and tools are efficient and sustainable.
+ Lead the development and implementation of planning & replenishment process
+ Manage the execution of supplier and product assortment initiatives
+ Develop Integrant Planning Capabilities including but not limited to: demand planning, replenishment, supplier engagement, S&OP, S&OE
+ Working cross functionally, leverage experience and analytical skills
+ Demonstrates well developed influencing skills with the ability to easily connect in a credible manner with cross functional teams
+ Creates and fosters high performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with a customer focus.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree sufficient to successfully perform essential job functions required.
**REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:**
+ Supply Chain or Procurement expertise in the operational/field setting.
+ 7+ years management/professional experience required. (7+ years preferred)
+ Significant Supply Chain experience within a retail, wholesale or distribution environment preferred
+ 7+ years of demonstrated success in leading people or projects (or combination of both) required

+ Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of the regulatory citations library in alignment with internal frameworks and regulatory expectations.

+ Champion the use of RegTech solutions to automate regulatory tracking, mapping, and reporting.
+ Drive innovation in how regulatory data is visualized, accessed, and used across the enterprise.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 7+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy).

The Supply Chain Architect will be on a dedicated team of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced Oracle supply chain director. All team members must have a common set of strong general program and project management skills plus their own unique specialized skills in at least one area.

+ Present these plans for Executive VP review, covering critical supply chain topics.

**Responsibilities**
Generalist Skills (Required):
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud compute hardware supply chain management, supply chain planning, procurement, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement.
+ Strong experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain operations, and engineering with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
+ Preferred certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification.

This position is remote, but it will require travel (up to 25%) to factories and labs to gather firsthand knowledge and to provide direction of engineering and operations activities within Oracle and our suppliers.

**Position Summary:**
Supports and manages all subcontracted and purchased material for the Armament Systems Business Unit. Coordinate activities of various Supply Chain disciplines by creating and participating in program level Supply Chain strategies and plans. Ensure the placement and receipt of all material requirements to meet those strategies and plans in support of program requirements including complete material management / ownership (schedule, cost and Material EAC). This individual is the liaison between the program office and the Supply Chain organization and is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of all program specific material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives. Will represent Supply Chain to the Customer, Program Management and Weapons Systems management. This individual may be responsible for multiple programs, which will have numerous variations in responsibilities from simple to complex. This individual will manage all program proposal Supply Chain activities in support of strategic pursuits to enable success of each program. International experience is desired.
The Sr. Principal Supply Chain Specialist functions include, but are not limited to, functioning as the "owner" of the materials i.e. Deputy Program Manager for all material related items. This includes: developing material strategies on complex programs; facilitate Make/Buy decisions; prepare and execute Material Program Plans (MPPs) which includes both cost and schedule; identifying and mitigating complex program risks as they pertain to material requirements; achieve program material budget objectives by developing a set of strategies that will achieve those directives; gather estimate at complete (EAC) data and managing program purchase requirements to meet production build schedules; work closely with Subcontracts and Purchasing with resolving Supply Chain issues for the program and work closely with the program office in resolving program material cost problems.
