Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain 18 month rolling plan for America’s manufacturing facilities based on statistics and enriched with all relevant input from Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain. Partner with Product Management and Sales to understand changes in demand, collaborate on demand opportunities, determine demand forecast and manage supply plan with agility to support. Participates in the creation and maintenance of planning for all materials used in all plants. Identify potential supply risks, alert any supply-demand misalignments, coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to propose solutions and drive closure. Heavy product life cycle management skills, product specific inventory strategies, develop robust plans to enable new product launch and product phase-out ensuring continuity of supply minimizing excess stock and stock out. Use data-guided analytical rigor to identify trends, patterns, issues that lead to sub-optimal output, recommend process improvement opportunities and action plans. Drive sustainable improvement in planning accuracy, service level and related KPI’s through root-cause analysis by leveraging planning tool, cross-functional collaboration and change management skills. Develop working relationships with planners globally and build a “virtual” team through regular work sessions and exchanges. Knowledgeable in the overall functionality of the PP module so that manufacturing operations can proceed without interruption. Knowledgeable in evaluating the impact of PP transactions throughout other modules within R/3 system. The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is a key part of the Supply Chain team which represents multiple locations across the continental United States and supports all EBAD market segments. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the Supply Chain (materials management, sourcing, planning, purchasing, control and distribution of materials and products) at theMonroe facility. • Coordinate with the Quality department on nonconforming material investigations and corrective actions for purchased items including credits and return authorizations
• Support design (NPD) projects with supplier selection and evaluation activities
• Provide input on supplier reevaluations
• Initiates LEAN Manufacturing practices by analyzing trend information and recommending areas of focus
• Review and monitor production variances (including material variances and time studies)
• Support the development and achievement of KPI's that deliver results for S afety, Q uality, C ost and D elivery. KPI's will encompass OTD, past dues, yield, cost of scrap, labor efficiency, safety, achieving 3rd Day sales target, etc.

• Bachelor's degree required; Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred
• 7+ years' Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment required
• 5 years' experience with ERP systems required (Epicor ERP preferred)
• 5+ years' experience managing direct reports
• Solid understanding of Planning and Purchasing methodologies (forecasts, safety stocks, replenishment strategies, inventory optimization, lead time reduction, Kanban, etc.)
• General understanding of Lean Management required
• Proficiency with data analytics (databases, MS Excel, and presentations) and MS Office
• Knowledge and experience of working with an ISO13485 Quality Management System.

• Meet operating goals for cash flow, accounts receivable, working capital and operating income through negotiation results and effective supplier management while developing mechanisms and resolutions to meet goals
• Represent the company internally and externally with suppliers and customers in all assigned matters with a high level of competence, professionalism, integrity, and credibility

• Bachelor's, preferably in business or supply chain management field, or equivalent experience; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of supply chain management experience in the aerospace or defense industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills in management of people, processes and/or projects across diverse supply chain teams
• Proven ability to provide direction, coaching, training and mentorship to individuals of various skill and experience levels
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of government contracts and their impact on the Supply Chain process from proposal stage through program award and execution
• Strong working knowledge of subcontracts management, FFP, CPFF, CPAF, and IDIQ type procurements
• Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization to establish clear and concise objectives, identify and communicate risks and opportunities, and drive excellence in performance, compliance, and customer support
• Oracle, SAP, or other ERP system experience required
• Well versed in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel
• Advanced data analysis skills including the use of regression analysis and demand estimation models along with budgetary variance analysis
• Understanding of the basics and best practices pertaining to configuration management for hardware and documents

• APICS or ISM certification
