What will you do?
- Prepare and cook food items in the stationary food truck kitchen according to established recipes and specifications, both before and during service hours, complying with portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies and procedures
- Set up, operate, and clean food truck kitchen equipment following proper procedures; maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized food truck workspace that is fully stocked throughout operations
- Ensure food is correctly stored, maintains proper temperatures, and meets freshness and quality standards throughout the shift, as well as performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation of the food truck, meeting health and safety standards
- Greet guests at the food truck window, take and fulfill food orders promptly, and process payments accurately and courteously
- Operate a golf cart as necessary to support food truck logistics and supply needs
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ year of related cooking food service experience is beneficial
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a compact, shared space
- Current food safety certification, or willing to obtain
- The ability to use a mobile Wi-Fi point of sales system; training provided
Physical requirements
- Must be able to work in small, confined spaces and perform duties in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold
- Must be able to bend, sit and stand for a long period of time

As the Kitchen Manager, you would be responsible for the back of the house and all of its functions. This position will direct the activities of back-of-the-house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, implementing purchasing and cost controls, and following up with corrective action where needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years experience with Kitchen Management in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- High School Diploma is preferred.
- Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
