The Leadership Gifts Officer manages a portfolio of up to 125 prospects at the $2,500+ level including all qualification, cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation activities that contribute to a network-wide goal of $5M+ across seven hospitals in western Connecticut and upper Hudson Valley region. The individual will be responsible for 500K+ in annual fund and leadership giving commitments. Additionally, he/she will serve as a liaison to administration, medical and nursing leadership at the Hospitals.
Responsibilities:

Qualifies, manages, cultivates, solicits, and stewards a portfolio of up to 125 annual/LGO level donors.

Creates a plan and implements strategic initiatives as part of a team to increase gifts revenue from individuals, the local business community and grant funders.

Supports annual Physician and Employee Campaigns. Responsible for presenting at department meetings, soliciting and stewarding donors and helping prepare staff for outreach and solicitations.

Works in partnership with physicians and clinical staff to determine grateful patients to support the Hospitals.

Assists Foundation staff with cultivation, stewardship and fundraising events.

Works with annual fund colleagues and Director of Leadership Gifts & Physician Engagement to qualify prospective donors, retain donors, and move donors up the giving pipeline to the Navigator�s Program ($10 annually) and above.

Works with Dir. Systems and Analytics to identify suspects and prospects to ensure a steady stream of new donors for the Hospitals.

As part of the Brand Management, Marketing and Sales team you will drive a global integrated content agenda that aligns to strategic go-to-market priorities and drives commercial results. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations.
