The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 6-8-week training.

ADM is seeking a Principal Advisor in the Asset Management department to help create and implement an asset management framework.
Three focus areas of this position include:
_(1) Creating asset management process elements and associated detailed program_
_materials. Examples of process elements include: Work Management,_
_Shutdown Management, Asset Integrity, Defect Elimination, Operational_
_Readiness, etc._
_(2) Creating detailed documentation associated with a governance model_

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about asset management, reliability and maintenance, and is an effective communicator. This role requires proficiency with the creation of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio documents.
The successful individual will help develop asset management framework documentation which includes:

+ This is a working field assignment, not an advise-giving assignment.
+ Assist chemical processing facilities in creating strategies and plans by creating fill-in-the-blank templates for employees to use;
+ Strategies include:
+ Align policy, objectives and approaches for managing the asset portfolio and systems;
+ Decision-making framework;
+ Objectives and approach to be used to achieve the strategy;
+ Determine the process to identify capabilities needed to achieve the objectives;

+ Strategy is aligned with financial plans and outlines how that is achieved.
+ Plans include:

The role will collaborate with production, maintenance, training, safety, risk and other group functions for alignment and delivery.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Creates the asset management processes for the business
+ Executes assessments at the plant facilities to measure gaps against standards or benchmarks considered standard in the industry
+ Serves as a resource to implement the asset management processes for the business
+ Monitors successful implementation
+ Creates a monthly report template outlining the following:
+ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using ADM definitions
+ Runtime x Rate x Quality (for the 14 critical sites)
+ Populate with actual data
+ Waterfall improvement activities (high-level) to close the gaps from the OEE data
+ Budgeted performance
+ Leading practice or benchmark
+ Populate with actual ongoing improvement activities
+ Create benchmark data for use on process element assessments and OEE reporting;
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or other STEM discipline
+ 5+ years' progressive experience in plant leadership roles with a focus on asset management, engineering, and business improvement
+ Demonstrated ability to work at a plant facility and provide value
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ability to pivot when priorities change
+ Effective communication skills, ability to produce and deliver presentations to senior management
+ Ability to travel to operating facilities as needed (approximately 20%)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years' experience implementing maintenance, reliability or asset management systems, example ISO 55001, PAS 55 or other
