**Responsibilities:**
The Vendor Management Business Analyst develops solutions to business problems and opportunities. Solutions may consist of process improvement as well as system development components. The Vendor Management Business Analyst works as a liaison among Vendors and Stakeholders in order to Elicit, Analyze, Communicate and Validate Requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The Analyst is the primary contact for Vendor related claims issues.
The individual understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the "requirements" and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Business analysis is distinct from financial analysis, project management, quality assurance, organizational development, testing training and documentation development. However, depending on resource and skill availability, an individual may perform some or all of these related functions.
**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Claims experience is preferred.
+ 1-3 years' work experience performing complex business analysis.
+ Strong familiarity with ACFC Claims Systems and Process.
+ Must be able to function autonomously and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manage the development and maintenance of business continuity processes, ensuring that plans satisfy business, customer, legal, and regulatory requirements across the enterprise.
+ Administer Business Impact Analyses, assisting in determining critical processes, recovery time, recovery point objectives, and resource requirements for a successful recovery in the event of a business disruption.
+ Development and facilitation of business continuity training across TE related to planning, plan, maintenance, and execution.
+ Manage TE's corporate crisis program including the training of corporate and business crisis management teams.
+ Manage business continuity metrics and the quality assessment program to ensure appropriate and consistent measuring, managing, and reporting risk.
+ Provide project leadership between information technology and business continuity to provide a well-executed and integrated Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery program.
+ Work with corporate, business, and functional leaders to enhance crisis management and business continuity plans.
+ Serve as a Governance Team Member and provide intellectual leadership and active support to the organization's governance team to ensure risks are made known to management.
+ Ability to travel globally.

In this role, they will serve as the GET process business transformation lead, responsible for driving functional alignment as well as optimisation and innovation across all GET areas across the globe. They will advise MTO leaders on GET Transcend strategy. Close collaboration and alignment is a prerequisite with global lead asset management and global lead Maintenance in the GET organization.
This role requires critical thinking, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
