What You'll DoLead Daily Warehouse Operations Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Drive Performance & Efficiency Track KPIs, optimize workflows, and reduce bottlenecks
Coach and Develop Teams Manage, train, and inspire warehouse staff and delivery drivers
Ensure Accurate Inventory Implement cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy
Streamline Delivery Logistics Manage routes, delivery schedules, and driver performance
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams

What You Bring5+ Years in Operations/Warehouse Management Experience in HVAC or related supply chains strongly preferred
Tech-Savvy with WMS/ERP Systems Familiarity with Eclipse, Prophet 21, or similar
Strong Leadership & Team Management Skills Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Detail-Oriented with an Eye on Metrics Able to analyze performance and drive improvements
HVAC Product Knowledge A strong advantage, especially during peak demand seasons
Bilingual (English/Spanish) A big plus for team and customer communication

Job Description
Assist to manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department. Is responsible for assisting the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and standards. Responsibilities may include: performing the duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks; and chef; interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

COMPUTER SKILLS. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of HT Internet software; E-mail; Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, TRAINING Complete Company's training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training.
