**What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health:**
Performance Monitoring is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reviewing customer contact quality.
**Responsibilities:**

+ Adverse Event reporting and reconciliation experience strongly preferred.

+ Proficiency in MS Office applications required - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The position will also be responsible for interacting with the procurement, engineering, facilities and production staff members to determine the cause and disposition of non-conforming materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build effective relationships withlocal and global stakeholders: IQC, Procurement, Process and Equipment Engineering, Process Integration, Supplier Quality Engineering, Material Technology Engineering, etc.
+ Support incoming quality systems by ensuring the meeting of key metrics that support quality systems strategic directionand continuous improvement projects.
+ Drive the development, alignment, and execution of long-range strategies which enable Micron teams to meet future technology requirements
+ Monitor and control incoming material quality to ensure no adverse impact to processes and product
+ Collaborate closely with process areas and process integration teams to resolve complex contamination issues and prevent future occurrences.
+ Partner with engineering teams to assess and manage risks associated with qualifying new materials or new material sources.

+ Develop and enforce incoming inspection procedures and testing methods for incoming raw materials.

**Position Summary**
The Site Executive is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing site-level consulting operations. This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals, manages P&L, drives measurable client value, and fosters a high-performing team culture. The Site Executive plays a critical role in use case business case quantification and execution, development and execution of operating metrics, stakeholder engagement and reference ability.

**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a management role in consulting, client delivery, or operational leadership roles managing a P&L-preferably within healthcare, BPO, or enterprise software.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
+ Adept with Ai tools and enthusiastic about the conversion of technology and operations
+ Strong communication, change management and stakeholder management skills.
+ Bachelor's degree - equivalent experience will be considered in lieu or a degree; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.
+ Up to 50% of travel required depending on area and client location
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $243,644.80 - $304,556.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

**Field Process Engineer - Wastewater**

+ Provide technical assistance and support to company engineers and equipment end users in the quick and efficient startup of newly installed wastewater equipment, training of site personnel in the operation and maintenance and repair of the equipment.
+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.
+ Maintain standard internal documents and reports, scripting details & updating tasks including managing and separating work done, and work to be done to maintain typical project schedules.
+ Use Microsoft Office suite daily and internal programs such as on-line travel assistants and electronic expense reporting programs (SAP, Concur ideal).
+ Develop a positive and professional working relationship with specialty and union site craft, learn and follow site rules and safety regulations, and use good judgment on behalf of Xylem.
+ Self-driven and ability to work onsite independently as needed.
**Education:**
**High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred, although commensurate** **wastewater commissioning and troubleshooting** **experience will be considered.**

**The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000.00** **to $125,000.00** **.
